In order to improve the quality of graduates from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga, the Bachelor of Accounting Study Program intends to conduct a tracer study. This study aims to get an overview of soft-skill needs by the job market, identify, and map the position of alumni in the job market.
